By using our website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms:

2 Products & Orders

  • We sell freshly prepared paan and related items.
  • Orders once placed cannot be modified.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3 Pricing

  • Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery charges may apply based on location.

4 Payments

  • We accept payments via PhonePe and other available UPI methods.
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment.

5 Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.
  • Ensure correct address and contact details; we are not responsible for incorrect entries.
  • We take great care in preparing every order fresh, just for you. Since paan is perishable, we're unable to process returns after delivery.
    If you have any concerns, please reach out to us before your order is dispatched.

6 Liability

  • We are not liable for delays or damages beyond our control.
  • Consumption of paan products is at your own discretion.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of paan

No Refund Conditions

  • Change of mind after order is placed
  • Incorrect order placed by customer

Eligible Refunds

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Order not delivered
  • Product received is spoiled/damaged

  • Delivery available within 2 KM radius from nearest store

2 Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery above ₹300 with minimum 5 paan products
  • Standard charges apply for smaller orders

3 Order Tracking

  • Real-time updates available on website dashboard

4 Delivery Conditions

  • Customer must be available at delivery location
  • Delivery partner will attempt contact
  • Order may be cancelled after failed attempts

5 Order Cancellation

  • Allowed only before preparation starts
  • Not allowed after preparation or dispatch

6 Failed Delivery

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer not reachable
  • No refund will be provided

7 Special Note

  • Freshly prepared paan ensures quality
  • Proper packaging and quick delivery maintained
