  • Delivery charges may apply based on location.

4 Payments

  • We accept payments via PhonePe and other available UPI methods.
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment.

5 Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.
  • Ensure correct address and contact details; we are not responsible for incorrect entries.

6 Liability

  • We are not liable for delays or damages beyond our control.
  • Consumption of paan products is at your own discretion.

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of paan

No Refund Conditions

  • Change of mind after order is placed
  • Incorrect order placed by customer

Eligible Refunds

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Order not delivered
  • Product received is spoiled/damaged
